Intermediate Theory - Part I

Using The Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler, by Heinz and Rowena Ansbacher, as a basic text, the reading is supplemented by full articles by Adler, and vivid graphics on selected topics. All of his theoretical, philosophical, and therapeutic constructs are examined in depth.


Objective: To develop a deeper and detailed insight into Adler's theory of personality through a comprehensive study.
Reading: Selected chapters from published books, journal articles, and unpublished lectures by Alfred Adler.
Audio: Classical Adlerian Theory & Practice (Part I), a series of audio taped seminars presented by Henry Stein, offering a combination of lecture, questions and group discussion. (Fifteen hours)
E-mail: Comments and questions.
